Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Tectrix Technologies, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please take note of the following return and refund conditions:

  1. Condition of Returned Items

    • Techtrix Technologies will not accept any items for credit if the packaging is incomplete or not in its original condition as received at the time of purchase.

    • This includes — but is not limited to — the original box, all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any other documentation or components.

  2. Defective or Faulty Items

    • Defective items may be returned for a refund or replacement, subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.

    • If a replacement is unavailable, a credit or refund will be issued at our discretion.

  3. Refunds for Unopened Goods

    • If goods are unopened and returned within 14 days of receipt, a refund will be processed, excluding any transport or shipping costs.

    • Items must be in factory-sealed condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  4. Special and Custom Orders

    • Certain hardware items, as well as custom or special-order products, may only be returned for credit and not for refund.

    • These returns are subject to prior approval from Tectrix Technologies.

  5. Shipping Costs

    • All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defect.

  6. Consumables

    • Consumable products (such as batteries, inks, or other perishable items) are non-refundable and non-returnable once opened.

  7. Handling Fees

    • A 20% handling fee will apply to any goods returned that are not in their original, unopened packaging, provided the return is made within 14 days of receipt.

  8. Incomplete Returns

    • Please ensure that all items being returned include the full package contents originally shipped.

    • Returns missing components (such as cables, manuals, or packaging) will not qualify for credit or refund.

Shipping Policy

At Tectrix Technologies, we aim to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched as efficiently as possible. Please review the following terms regarding our shipping and delivery procedures:

  1. Third-Party Logistics Providers

    • Tectrix Technologies makes use of independent, third-party logistics and courier companies to handle the transportation and delivery of all goods.

    • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Tectrix Technologies is no longer directly responsible for the handling, transport, or condition of the goods while in transit.

    • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that delivery is carried out by an external service provider.

  2. Transit Damage & Loss

    • While every effort is made to ensure your order is packaged securely, Tectrix Technologies cannot be held liable for any damage, delay, or loss that occurs once the goods have been collected by the courier.

    • In the event of such issues, customers must lodge a claim directly with the courier company in accordance with their terms and conditions.

    • Tectrix Technologies will, however, assist where possible to facilitate communication or provide supporting documentation for claims.

  3. Delivery Times

    • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier backlogs, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.

    • Tectrix Technologies cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and will not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or other external factors.

  4. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping and delivery costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

    • In some cases, additional charges may apply for remote or outlying areas.

  5. Order Tracking

    • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

    • Please note that tracking information is provided and managed by the courier service, and updates may vary depending on their internal systems.

  6. Incorrect Delivery Details

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

    • Tectrix Technologies will not be held liable for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
